CS Executive registration is valid for 5 years from the date of registration approval.

4. Can You Appear for CS Executive After One or Two Years?
Yes.
As long as:
- The 5-year registration validity is active, and
- Mandatory requirements (such as TDOP, where applicable) are completed,
a student may appear for CS Executive examinations even after one year or more from the date of registration.
5. What If CS Executive Registration Validity Expires?
If the 5-year validity period of CS Executive registration expires and the student has not cleared the programme:
- The student must apply for denovo registration / re-registration
- The earlier registration becomes inactive
- Credit for cleared groups or papers is governed by ICSI rules prevailing at that time
6. Charges for Denovo CS Executive Registration (Indicative – 2026)
In case of fresh or denovo registration for CS Executive, the following fees are payable:
Through CSEET / CS Foundation Route
- Registration Fee: ₹2,000
- Education Fee: ₹12,900
- Pre-Examination Test Fee: ₹1,000
- TDOP Fee: ₹2,500
- Total: ₹18,900
Direct Entry Route (if applicable)
- Additional CSEET Exemption Fee: ₹5,000
- Total: ₹23,900
The student is treated as a fresh registrant for compliance purposes.
