The examination structure consists of two groups, each with four papers, and the total marks for the course are 800, with each group contributing 400 marks. To become a Company Secretary (CS), you have to take theCSEET exam. If you’ve finished your 10+2 schooling, you’re eligible for this course. The exam has three levels: the foundation course, the executive course, and the professional course.
- CS Executive Exam: You must have passed both modules of the CS Executive exams to be eligible.
- Minimum Passing Score: To qualify for the CS Executive exam, you should score at least 40% in each subject and achieve an overall score of 50%. These are the current passing standards set by ICSI.
