| A candidate is eligible to appear for CSEET if: |
| 1. He or she has passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination), or |
| 2. Is appearing in 10+2 or equivalent |
| Only Indian Nationals are eligible. |
| There is no minimum percentage requirement. |
| Exemption from CSEET |
| The following candidates are exempted from CSEET and may directly register for the CS Executive Programme: |
| • ICSI Foundation Examination passed candidates |
| • Final Stage of Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) |
| • Final Stage of Cost Accountancy (ICMAI) |
| • Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree holders |
| Students appearing in the final year or final semester of a Bachelor’s Degree may also directly register for CS Executive. |

| CSEET Passing Criteria |
| A candidate shall be declared pass if: |
| • Minimum 40% marks in each paper, and |
| • 50% marks in aggregate in one sitting |
| There is no provision for exemption or carry forward of marks. |
CS Executive Registration After Clearing CSEET
After passing CSEET, students can register for the CS Executive Programme as per ICSI cut-off dates for June or December examinations. Timely registration ensures eligibility for the desired attempt.

Yes, CSEET is mandatory for admission to the CS Executive Programme, except for candidates eligible under Direct Entry.
CSEET is a 400-mark centre-based examination consisting of four papers of 100 marks each.
Students who have passed or are appearing in the 10+2 (Senior Secondary) examination are eligible. There is no minimum percentage requirement.
